Executive Director's Update

Our Region celebrated National Bike Month this past May in so many ways.

The Miami Valley Region is becoming more and more bicycle friendly - with 340 miles of connected paved trails, a growing bike share program and new bike racks and bike lanes added often, it’s no surprise we celebrate bike month in a big way too. Bike events for bike month were hosted all over, from Miamisburg to Troy and Fairborn to Dayton. Watch this short video to learn more about events around the Region.   Read full article

Miami Valley Freight and Transportation Profiles now available.

The MVRPC staff recently completed profiles summarizing the Region’s freight and transportation networks. The movement of people and goods is a key component to the success of an economy. Our area is served by an extensive transportation and freight network including 6700 miles of roadway, 109 miles of railway and 5 airports.
