Construction Projects in Carlisle, Franklin, Franklin Township and Springboro provided by ODOT District 8.
I-71 Interchange Construction - Construction of an on-ramp from southbound Mason-Montgomery Road to I-71 South. Preliminary site work is under way, and traffic is being maintained on the mainline, as well as on Mason-Montgomery Road. The entire project is scheduled for completion in Summer 2023.
S.R. 48 Culvert Replacement - Between Miller and Kirby roads, just north of the Lebanon corporation limit. The closure will be in effect September 13-28, and traffic will be detoured by way of Main Street and Neil Armstrong Way in Lebanon, S.R. 123 and S.R. 122.
S.R. 122 Ditching - Between Shaker Road and S.R. 123. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers, traffic cones and/or arrow boards as needed.
S.R. 123 & U.S. 42 Vegetation Clearing - On S.R. 123, between the Clinton County line and Morrow Blackhawk Road, and on U.S. 42, between Township Line Road and Old SR 122. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers, traffic cones and/or arrow boards as needed.
S.R. 123 Erosion Control - Between Settlemire Road and Lebanon. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers, traffic cones and/or arrow boards as needed.
Riley Boulevard Signalization - At the intersections of East 4th St. and East 6th St. and at the intersection of E. 6th and Anderson streets in Franklin. Various lane closures will be in effect daily, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Traffic will be maintained during construction.
Main Street/E. Central Avenue Signalization/Detection - At nine signalized intersections on S.R. 73 (Main Street) and S.R. 741 (Central Avenue) in Springboro. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers through the work zone while crews are at work. The project is scheduled to be completed by late summer/early fall.
C.R. 19 (South Dixie Highway) Resurfacing - Between the city of Franklin and Riley Boulevard. Single-lane restrictions will be in effect daily, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. through early September. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers during hours of operation.
U.S. 22 Safety Improvement - Single-lane restrictions will be in effect at the intersection of Zoar Road for a turn-lane construction project at the intersection. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers while crews are at work.
