The role of the Board of Directors is to oversee the activities of the Executive Director and staff of MVRPC, to ensure they are carrying out the vision, mission, values and goals of the agency. The Board of Directors roster is made of up one representative appointed by each member organization. The Executive Committee is a subset of the Board of Directors, appointed annually to work with the Executive Director on personnel matters and financial expenditures.
