Technical Advisory Committee

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is a permanent committee appointed by members of MVRPC to represent their respective organizations. The TAC works with the Executive Director and advises the Board of Directors.

RTPO Steering Commitee

The Regional Transportation Planning Organization Steering Committee (RTPOSC) supports the MVRPC Board of Directors for the area of coverage. The RTPOSC is comprised of Rural Board Members, Non-Governmental and Other Governmental Members, County Engineers located within the Regional Transportation Planning Area (RTPA) planning boundaries, business leaders, and community organizations.

Institute Steering Committee

The Institute Steering Committee (ISC) is a permanent committee appointed by the MVRPC Board of Directors. The ISC is responsible for working with the Executive Director and to guide the work of the Institute of Livable & Equitable Communities, or other delegated and assigned matters.

Regional Equity Initiative

The Regional Equity Initiative (REI) is a coordinated effort by MVRPC, member communities, and partners to strengthen the Miami Valley by correcting policies; reforming institutions; and closing the gaps that undermine, sustained quality of life improvements for underserved communities and vulnerable populations.

Water and Environment Subcommittee

As the Environmental Planning program at MVRPC has broadened its scope, the Water and Environment Subcommittee (WESC) was developed as a forum for member jurisdictions, environmental advocates, businesses, partner agencies, and academia to provide input and technical expertise to a range of issues related to the program.
