Brian O. Martin, AICP

Brian serves as MVRPC’s Executive Director. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to the agency, especially in the field of transportation. A Kentucky native, Brian is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with both a B.S. degree in Production/Operations Management and a M.S. degree in City and Regional Planning. His previous work in both the public and private sector has included economic and environmental planning, and public involvement. His ability to work with numerous communities prepared him for his position with MVRPC.
