The agenda for the meeting covers several Water Quality Planning topics:

• The CDM Smith consulting team will share progress on the Water Integration Tool (WIT) of the Southwest Ohio Regional Water Study.
   
• Informative updates on two Ohio EPA General NPDES Permits in development:
  
  • Proposed General Permit for Data Centers
  • New MS4 Stormwater General Permit
     
• MVRPC staff will provide an update and timeline for the Facility Planning Areas (FPA) Policy Working Group. This committee will meet through 2026 to review and potentially update the MVRPC FPA Policies.
