More than 100 attendees gathered to discuss Pathways to a Brighter Future for All. Opening remarks were made by Peggy Lehner, City of Kettering Mayor, Brian O. Martin, MVRPC Executive Director, and Mike Parks, President of The Dayton Foundation. The keynote session featured Joe Morgan, CEO/Founder of siY, LLC, where he advises senior executives and mentors high-potential future leaders. His intentionally interactive dialogue examined challenges to solve and opportunities to seize as we strive to design better pathways for retirement.
