MVRPC is designated as the Metropolitan Planning Organization by the governor of Ohio and its members are responsible for transportation planning in Greene, Miami, Montgomery and portions of Warren Counties. On transportation issues the MVRPC Board is served by the Technical Advisory Committee, which meets the third Thursday of each month.

In its position as the area’s planner for metropolitan transportation, MVRPC develops plans that ensure the continued successes of this region… plans that enhance this area’s competitive position, promote integration of systems, stimulate the economy, improve your own personal mobility, and preserve our environment.

If you are looking for information about our transportation programs and services for seniors, disabled or disadvantaged people, please visit our Services for Non Drivers section.
