Greater Dayton Compact: Principles
Origins and Purpose of the Greater Dayton Compact
In the Spring of 2005, MVRPC drafted, circulated and refined a broad set of Regional Principles and is currently seeking endorsement for them. MVRPC hopes that this list of Principles will serve as a framework for action that will guide, but not prescribe, regional and local planning and decision making. By having a broad set of Principles that key players in the Region have agreed on, we will have a common frame of reference to evaluate individual plans, strategies and options. These principles have been endorsed by a wide range of jurisdictions, organizations and individuals. Endorse now and show your support.
