The Public Affairs Department is responsible for coordination of agency communication and outreach to ensure current and accurate information is being disseminated to the public, members, media and stakeholders. MVRPC strives to provide complete information to Miami Valley residents so they can become more aware of pertinent issues that affect their daily lives.
Shaping the Future is an information booklet about MVRPC activities which was published in 2011. This brochure gives an overview of all of MVRPC's ongoing projects and role in Regional transportation, environmental and land use planning.
MVRPC has long been committed to meaningful and proactive public involvement. Throughout the years many methods have been refined and successfully employed to attain valuable public input, resulting in commendations from the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
MVRPC publishes an Annual Report to highlight the agency's activities and accomplishments during the past year. The 2010 Annual Report is the most recent published report.
