Bicycle Friendly Community Workshop

Drive Less, Live More

At the Bicycle Friendly Community Workshop you will:

  • Learn about the League of American Bicyclists’ BFC program
  • Review local bicycling conditions/obstacles/opportunities
  • Discuss how to conduct a “Bikability Assessment”
  • Develop an “Action Plan” in order to apply for a regional designation as a Bicycle Friendly Community

An optional one-hour bicycle ride to review current conditions will be offered at the end of the workshop. The workshop will be conducted by Andy Clarke, Executive Director of the League of American Bicyclists.

Free and open to bicycle enthusiasts. Bring your bike and participate in the ride at the end of the event, weather permitting. Free parking in the lots behind the building.
