Land Use Demand Assessment
Miami Valley Land Use Demand Assessment
The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC) is pleased to announce the release of the Miami Valley Land Use Demand Assessment report.
The Miami Valley Land Use Demand Assessment, as part of Going Places: An Integrated Land Use Vision for the Miami Valley Region, is an attempt to project future land use demand based on the continuation of existing demographic, economic, and development trends.
The report is organized into four main sections: a description of the general methodology, a presentation of the socioeconomic forecasts, a description of the base data and assumptions, and a presentation of the results of the land use demand assessment. For this study, both spatial and non-spatial socioeconomic data were collected and developed at the parcel and county levels.
