A Regional Agenda for Community Stability in the Miami Valley

Miami Valley Metropatterns presents an analysis of regional demographic and fiscal trends in the Miami Valley. The report looks at past development trends in the Miami Valley, and recommends some strategies for future development. The analyses were performed by Ameregis, a research and geographic information systems (GIS) firm that documents evolving development patterns in US metropolitan regions.

The report is available for download (PDF: 7 MB) or order on CD-ROM

Myron Orfield was the principal author on the report, and he presented the findings to civic leaders in the Miami Valley. Mr. Orfield's presentation is available for review online, or for download (MS ppt, 3.8MB).
