Land Use Planning at MVRPC

MVRPC conducts regional land use planning activities and provides technical assistance to various local land use planning efforts so that communities in the Miami Valley Region maintain a regional perspective in their land use policy development. 

In addition, MVRPC strives to integrate land use planning with transportation and environmental planning to better achieve consistency between future transportation infrastructure investment and land development, while protecting environmental resources.
