The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC) is a voluntary association of numerous local governments and non-governmental organizations surrounding Dayton, Ohio. These organizations use MVRPC as a forum and resource where regional partners identify priorities, develop public policy and implement collaborative strategies to improve the quality of life and economic vitality throughout the Miami Valley.

ODOT invites all Ohioans to Join the "Transportation Conversation"

Inviting all Ohioans to join in a first-of-its-kind “Transportation Conversation” to determine the type of transportation system the state needs for the future, the Ohio Department of Transportation officially launched the Ohio 21st Century Transportation Priorities Task Force by naming the diverse mix of industry experts and state leaders who will lead the historic endeavor.

Miami Valley Recreational Trails Map, 2008 Edition, now available

MVRPC is pleased to announce the publication/ arrival of the Miami Valley Recreational Trails Map, 2008 Edition. The Miami Valley offers a wonderful system of recreational trails and public amenities to residents and visitors alike. This very practical map displays over 250 miles of trails stretching across a variety of terrain, as well as a mileage matrix for trip planning. For use on the trail, the map is printed on high quality paper with a water-resistant coating.
