Public Affairs Department

The Public Affairs Department is responsible for coordination of agency communication and outreach to ensure current and accurate information is being disseminated to the public, members, media and stakeholders. MVRPC strives to provide complete information to Miami Valley residents so they can become more aware of pertinent issues that affect their daily lives.

Communication tools, including the Annual Report, the agency web site and electronic News e-Lerts, are coordinated by the Public Affairs Department. The oversight, development and implementation of the Public Participation Policy is handled by the department. Additionally, MVRPC hosts various special events throughout the year, which are open to the general public, and coordinated by the Public Affairs team.
