MVRPC Internal Policies
MVRPC activities are governed by a number of policies to ensure that the agency and staff are working in the best interest of the public we serve.
The following public policies are available for review.
- Public Participation Policy
- The Public Participation Policy is intended to guide and facilitate meaningful discussion and consensus building throughout the transportation planning process, as well as in other non-transportation related, but regionally significant plans and studies.
- MVRPC's Policies and Procedures for considering Major New Capacity Projects (TRAC Projects)
- The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission has created Policies
and Procedures for Considering Major New Capacity Projects (

order to rank the TRAC projects in our area and submit the ranked listing
to the TRAC. - MVRPC Public Notice of Compliance with Non Discrimination Act
- The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission agrees that it will comply with Equal Oportunity Non-Discrimination Acts of the Federal Government.
- MVRPC Public Records Policy
- This Public Records Policy is a part of Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC) compliance with the Ohio Public Records Act and should be used to assist all persons seeking to inspect or obtain copies of MVRPC records. This policy does not apply to the use of records for official MVRPC business by authorized individuals.
