CD-ROM Ordering guidelines

Certain reports, maps and other materials are available for distribution on CD-ROM. If you are interested in obtaining a CD-ROM, please be advised of these guidelines:

1. There is no charge for the first CD (if picked up at MVRPC offices). Please contact MVRPC ahead of time to be sure of the availablity of the CD.
2. Additional CDs are $5.00 each.
3. If the CD(s) need to be mailed there is a $5.00 shipping and handling fee, per envelope mailed. The maximum number of CDs in an envelope is 5. For example if you request 10 CDs, two envelopes are needed and the S&H will be $10.
4. No CDs will be made available until full payment is received. Payment options are check or money order.
